Lisa B. Binder

Lisa Binder is a respected executive with a nationally recognized leadership record of success spanning three decades of diverse business experience. Lisa has an earned reputation as a value-based inspirational leader, executive coach, change agent and strategic thinker with a drive to action and a tireless work ethic. She is passionate about colleague engagement and development and has significant expertise in organizational and cultural design and integration.

Lisa’s career experience includes her most recent roles as President, g2Gassociates, a business consultancy whose mission is to advance companies and leaders from Good to Great. Immediately prior to her role as an entrepreneur, Lisa was President and Chief Operating Officer and Director of Associated Banc-Corp, a $24 billion dollar bank holding company with 5,000 employees headquartered in Wisconsin.

Before joining Associated Banc-Corp, Lisa was a Group Executive Vice President for Citizens Financial Group, a subsidiary of Royal Bank of Scotland, RBS, where she was the Executive Director of Retail Banking for more than 1,100 branches and business banking customers supported by more than 9,000 colleagues. Prior experience includes executive positions at Mellon Financial, where she was a member of the Senior Management Committee.

Lisa has a rich service background of community and industry involvement and non-profit board leadership. Past and present board memberships include Financial Services Roundtable-Housing Policy Council; Advisory Board Member of the Inner Circle, American Banker Association; United Way of Greater Milwaukee; Milwaukee United Performing Arts Fund; Milwaukee Women Inc; The Women’s Center; People's Emergency Center (PEC); Philadelphia High School Academics; Opera Company of Philadelphia; and the Walnut Street Theatre in Philadelphia.

Notable recognitions include U.S. Banker’s 2008 Most Powerful Women in Banking, Wisconsin’s Women of Influence and Son’s of Italy Purple Aster Award for National Leadership.

Lisa holds an MBA from Wilkes University and a B.S. in Business Management from DeSales University. She successfully completed the Executive Leadership Program, Harvard University.
